We are thrilled to welcome Lola Rubio from Two&One Olive Oil to The Glass House on July 10th for a very special tasting evening. Lola’s family has been growing olives for five generations, tracing back to her great-great-grandfather, and now she carries that passion with her at Two&One Olive Oil.

Guests will enjoy a sumptuous three-course menu prepared by the team at WILDS Events, featuring Two&One Olive Oils. Lola will provide an introduction to Two&One, offering an in-depth look at olive oil production and its many applications, as well as offering tastings of the Two&One oils.
