Indulge in a delicious pan-Asian menu created by a Michelin-trained, multi-award-winning chef. With five courses, you certainly won’t leave hungry!

Tuna tataki salad with avocado, spring onions, coriander, and truffle ponzu
Selection of nigiri sushi: salmon, ebi, hamachi, piquillo pepper
San Choi Bao – wok-fried beef fillet with ginger, chilli, and garlic, served with iceberg lettuce, roasted peanuts, Thai basil, coriander, and lime
Miso crème brûlée tart
